2. Data Storage and Processing

All user data is stored and processed within the European Union (EU). We utilize multiple hosting providers located in Lithuania, Germany, and other EU regions to ensure redundancy and compliance with data protection regulations. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Working forwards full security requirements coverage for SOC 2 and HIPAA.

3. Prepaid Credit and Refund Policy

Purchasing Credit: Users can purchase prepaid Credit points to use additional data ingestion and storage services beyond the free tier.
Usage of Credit: Credit is deducted dynamically based on data ingestion or retention as per the pricing structure.
Other ways to gain Credit: Credit may be provided during social online and offline events, partnerships or other special occasions.

No Refund Policy:
1. Once credits are purchased or gained, they are non-refundable regardless of usage status.
2. By purchasing credits, users agree to waive their right to a refund under the EU 14-day withdrawal rule, as services start immediately.
3. Any unused credits are forfeited if the account is terminated or deleted.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You can configure data retention policies for logs, traces. Once data is deleted (by retention rules or manual action), it cannot be recovered. We do not retain backups of deleted data.

5. Access and Data Management

Users can access data via our application UI and API tools. Data can be deleted through retention rules or directly through the UI.

6. Free Tier and Payment

A free tier is available for all users to try the service without any financial commitment. Additional Credit can be purchased as needed, with no monthly commitment.
Note: Users are encouraged to try the free tier before purchasing credits. No refunds will be issued for paid services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

We are not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or third-party service failures. Force majeure events (such as wars or natural disasters) are excluded from liability.
